Now we’re on the hunt for a seasoned Personal Assistant — someone with the polish, professionalism, and energy to keep our Managing Director firing on all cylinders.

You’ll be the MD’s right hand, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

Own the diary + inbox (if it’s not in there, it doesn’t happen)

Draft letters, reports + presentations that shine

Sit in on meetings, take sharp minutes, follow up actions

Coordinate travel, conferences + company events

Handle confidential matters with total discretion

Tackle curveballs + ad-hoc projects like a pro

You’ve been a PA/EA before — ideally supporting senior execs

Mature judgement, discretion + zero drama

Clear, confident communicator — written + spoken

Solid Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

People-smart, adaptable + calm under pressure

Current Australian driver’s licence ✔
