What we are looking for

This is an exciting and challenging position that will suit an up-and-coming Bookkeeper who has:

A focus on reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable and payroll processing

Excellent time management skills

Clear & concise communication skills

Attention to detail

Initiative and problem-solving skills

You must be passionate about bookkeeping & want a long-term position with a dynamic bookkeeping agency.

Your day will involve you working on several different clients, from several different industries, and quite often on different accounting software. Adaptability is a must!

The successful candidate will possess

Xero and MYOB skills

Excel, Microsoft Office skills

Strong verbal and written communication skill - this is essential

Sound bookkeeping knowledge

Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience in a similar role

Xero Advisor and Payroll Certification before employment

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification (or working towards)

Experience with BAS preparation and lodgement
