Located in the northern suburbs of Perth (Joondalup) our clients are a well - established and highly successful sports organisation.
Due to growth a vacancy has become available for a bookkeeper on a part - time 9 to 3 (5 days per week) or full - time hours.

The vacancy:

BAS, Payroll, End of month accounts, Bank recs, and general bookkeeping.

Report into the Director

Some general office Administration

Part time school (5 days per week) or full - time hours

Forecasting

Management reports

Xero software

First 6 months employment based in West Perth and once complete relocate to Joondalup

To apply:

Ideally hold relevant Bookkeeping qualifications

Have 3 or more years experience as a Bookkeeper in Australia

Have excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)

Willing to work in a small and friendly team

Be open to attend on - going training and industry updates

Have solid experience with XERO software

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with cloud accounting platforms

Must have permanent Australian work rights

In return:

Salary of $75,000 to $82,500 + Super

Free parking (Joondalup)

Child creche onsite (Joondalup)

Part time (5 days per week) 9 to 3 or full - time hours
