About the Role
This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced and confident administrator who’s ready to take ownership of a dynamic, varied role.
As the first point of contact for our customers and the engine behind the scenes, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and field team to keep everything running smoothly. From managing Simpro and scheduling jobs to ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way – you’ll be the glue that holds it all together.
Key Responsibilities
Manage our Simpro job management system (scheduling, invoicing, stock control)
Be the friendly first voice for customer calls and email enquiries
Handle pre- and post-installation admin and customer communications
Filter and follow up on incoming leads
Prepare quotes, invoices, and compliance documentation
Receive deliveries and track stock in Simpro
Coordinate field staff schedules and logistics
Provide general customer service and workflow support
Identify and implement process improvements and admin systems
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both administrative excellence and people skills – someone who thrives on structure, communicates clearly, and takes initiative.
You’ll need:
Previous admin experience in a trade or service-based business (essential)
Simpro experience (preferred but not essential)
A bright and friendly personality with strong communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management
Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
A problem-solving mindset with good judgement and common sense
Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with cloud-based job management systems
A proactive mindset and eye for continuous improvement
