Hannaford HVAC & Fire Protection Services is a small, friendly air conditioning business looking for a proactive and reliable Office Administrator All-Rounder to join our team on a part-time basis to support the director.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in accounts, and/or office administration, offering a varied role from handling calls and emails, to processing paperwork, organizing schedules, and supporting the team with general admin.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
Bookkeeping including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Weekly Payroll and Bank Account Reconciliations using Xero
Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Quoting and scheduling jobs
General office administration including data entry, filing and maintaining accurate records
Checking timesheets, maintaining employment records, managing leave requests and so on for our growing team.
Support the business by developing, maintaining and updating systems and procedures
Other office support & ad hoc duties to support day to day operations
We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in bookkeeping/office administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A can do attitude
Ability to work unsupervised with a strong attention to detail
Ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with Xero an advantage
