✔ Experience with cloud-based job management systems (Simpro experience preferred).
✔ Previous experience in a service or trade-based company.
✔ Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a trades or service-based environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You'll report directly to the Directors and ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Being the face of Cabsec: Acting as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Managing workflows: Entering, maintaining, and overseeing tasks in our job management system (Simpro) from start to finish.
Simpro optimization: Leading the management and optimization of our JMS.
Raising purchase orders: Managing materials and following up on orders.
Delivering outstanding customer service: Ensuring clients receive top-tier support and communication.
Payroll preparation: Collating timesheets to ensure smooth payroll processes.
General administration: Overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting team efficiency.
Driving growth: Being an integral part of our mission to become a leading player in the industry.
