As a growing College, we are seeking to further develop highly collaborative and interdependent teams across both primary schools. These teams are instrumental in driving teaching and learning initiatives and ensuring that the College continues to consistently deliver high-quality and innovative Christian Education. About the Position

As a teacher, it is essential that you love to develop and implement innovative learning programmes and have a strong understanding of the curriculum, assessment, standards, and reporting requirements defined by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority of Western Australia. You will also need to be committed to providing a Biblically integrated curriculum, with an enthusiasm for training children in a thoroughly Christian worldview in every learning area.

The ability to articulate a strong understanding of implementing EYLF principles and practices in the classroom as well as inquiry-based/play-based learning is required for Early Childhood Teachers (K-2).

Here are the essential criteria for the position:

you must be actively involved in a local Protestant Christian church and be able to demonstrate an exemplary Christian lifestyle

you must hold a TRBWA registration (Teacher’s Registration Board)

you must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check

you must be willing to obtain a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check that is no more than three months old, and

you must hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or similar.
