What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years’ experience in traffic management or civil construction.

Current Main Roads WA BWTM & TC accreditation (or higher).

A passion for safety and helping others succeed.

Reliable, committed and reliable (yes we repeated that twice because that’s how important it is!) - we need someone who shows up, follows through, and can be counted on by both the team and our customers.

Either:

Already a qualified Trainer & Assessor (TAE40116 or higher), or

An experienced traffic management professional ready to upskill into this role.

What the Job Involves

Delivering accredited and non-accredited traffic management training across WA. Enjoy working onsite at our North Lake and Bunbury training venues and also the perk of travelling across the state to our customers

Creating engaging, supportive training environments where learners feel confident. We don’t do death by PowerPoint and find ways to include all types of learners into the learning experience

Assessing learners fairly and accurately.

Representing AusQ Training as a professional, reliable, and approachable trainer.
