We are advertising on behalf of our client, a fast-growing manufacturer of heavy equipment, seeking a highly skilled Lead Creative Designer to join their team.

About the Role

As the Lead Creative Designer, you will take ownership of the company’s visual identity and marketing collateral. You’ll be responsible for delivering cutting-edge brochures, digital content, advertising campaigns, and branding that showcase world-class products to a demanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative direction across brochures, catalogues, digital campaigns, and branding projects.

Develop engaging visual concepts that reflect innovation in heavy equipment manufacturing.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring strategies to life.

Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery under tight deadlines.

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, print and digital.

About You

Proven track record as a senior or lead designer with measurable success in the industry.

All-round expertise: graphic design, layout, digital content, and brand development.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, results-driven design work.

Confident, proactive, and able to own projects end-to-end.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors will be highly regarded.
