We’re seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a small, close-knit residential aged care centre near Mudgee. Offering both low and high care, as well as rehabilitation, dementia, palliative, and allied health services, this facility combines a homely environment with the support and stability of a larger aged care group.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations and clinical care delivery

Inspire and support a dedicated local team

Ensure compliance, care quality, and commercial performance

Foster relationships with residents, families, and the broader community

You

Aged care or health leadership experience essential

RN registration advantageous but not required

Strong operational, transformation, leadership, and financial management skills

Passion for person-centred care and community engagement
