Property Maintenance Supervisor / Estimator

What We’re Looking For:

-Demonstrated experience in building construction, renovations, and home maintenance
-Ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions
-Strong communication and management skills
-Proficiency with computers and job management systems
-Proven expertise in estimating and quoting jobs
-Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and organisation
-Eligibility to obtain a current National Police Clearance and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Role includes but not limited to;

✔ Oversee and coordinate property maintenance projects and large renovations
✔ Estimation of job costs and provide accurate quotes to our clients
✔ Supervise trades and liaise with our Scheduler to ensure quality and efficiency
✔ Organise materials and resources as required
✔ Oversee and manage work orders, project schedules and within clients budget
✔ Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality outcomes
✔ Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job
✔ Communicate effectively with staff, property managers, owners, and sub-contractors
✔ Ensure each project is run in a timely manner and within budget
✔ Require a reliable vehicle and necessary tools, iPhone or iPad preferably
