About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service BDM to join our Northern Region team. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing service contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing outstanding support across our service operations.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships, coordinating service activities, and ensuring all service-related tasks are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Sell, maintain, and grow service agreements with existing and new customers.
Promote and sell proactive replacements of critical parts and consumables before failure.
Manage sales of spare parts and materials across UPS, cooling, and generator systems.
Coordinate and schedule repairs of actively failing equipment to meet client expectations.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of assets, service agreements, and repair requirements.
Partner with service delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Identify new opportunities for revenue growth while supporting long-term client retention.
About You
Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM systems and contract administration is highly regarded.
A collaborative team player who takes ownership and accountability.
