About the Role:

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for managing receivables, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients, and be supported with mentoring and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and efficiently

Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices

Maintain customer account records and resolve discrepancies

Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations

Liaise with internal departments and clients to resolve account queries

Assist with general customer service enquiries

Support additional finance tasks as required

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role

Experience using SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

A proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional duties

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
