Due to strong growth, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team. You will have key responsibilities including:

Processing and issuing invoices to clients including statements, credit notes, refund requisitions.

Managing client enquiries and following up customers

Establishing correct approval processes on new clients and invoices are followed, including customer creation setup.

Assisting in improving internal controls with ensuring all processes are documented and maintained.

Reviewing payment collection in line with accounts receivable procedures.

Communicating with stakeholders ensuring the collection and billing reporting are accurate and relevant

Responsible for continuous improvement across all accounts receivable processes.

Develop an understanding of billing and collection processes.

Maintaining rapport and engaging with customers

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in a fast-paced environment along with excellent communication skills. Previous experience using SAP is also highly regarded along with strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
