Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full function of Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding debts
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address queries and discrepancies
• Prepare accurate reports on debtor positions and cash flow forecasts
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance team

About You

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience with major accounting systems
• Team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
