Our client, a well-established construction services business, is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations in a permanent, all-rounder role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team that values collaboration, initiative, and ongoing professional development.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted support role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Working closely with a highly experienced Senior EA, you’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly - from coordinating calendars and maintaining office supplies to supporting broader admin functions and stepping in wherever needed. If you're organised, confident, and ready to take ownership across a variety of tasks, this is a chance to make a real impact in a business where your contribution is genuinely valued.

About the role:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Senior EA across office and executive tasks.
- Own general office upkeep – kitchen supplies, meeting rooms, catering, and events.
- Coordinate travel, manage calendars, and assist with document control.
- Process invoices and support broader administration across the business.
- Offer backup support to the CEO’s EA during leave period.
About you:
- 2–3 years’ experience in administration and office coordination.
- A background in legal administration or coordination is a bonus- your ability to manage sensitive information and juggle competing priorities will set you apart!
- Confident communicator who can handle direct feedback and work autonomously.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional setting.
- Ready to take ownership and grow with the role.
