We are seeking an Asset Coordinator to join our growing team. Working alongside the National Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of assets and build strong relationships with clients while driving outcomes across property recovery and management.

Key Responsibilities

File Management

Coordinate occupancy checks, appraisals, valuations and maintenance.

Oversee sales campaigns and manage real estate agents.

Liaise with clients and contractors, ensuring files remain on track.

Maintain accurate systems and provide regular reporting.

Address client issues promptly and escalate when required.

Business Development & Relationships

Maintain regular client contact to update workflows and seek feedback.

Build and strengthen relationships with lenders, advisors and referrers.

Promote Aster Alliance’s services across the industry.

Process Improvement

Identify workflow bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency.

Maintain compliance with procedures and risk management standards.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate sales or property management.

Proven track record in managing assets or sales campaigns.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work hands-on while managing multiple stakeholders.
