With an international presence spanning Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, this organisation has built a strong reputation for maximising the value of client assets through strategic recovery and management.
Due to ongoing portfolio growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset Coordinator to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for a motivated property professional who enjoys managing client relationships, solving complex challenges, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, lenders, advisors, and referrers. Conduct regular catch-ups (phone, video, in-person) to update on progress and capture feedback.
Business Development Support: Contribute to annual market mapping, monitor new opportunities, and support the origination of new business.
File Oversight: Take ownership of case files, liaise with consultants and contractors, and ensure projects remain on track.
Reporting & Compliance: Keep internal systems accurate and up to date, review performance reports, manage billings, and provide regular updates to management.
Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks, implement efficiency improvements, and ensure best practice standards are met across all client activities.
About you
At least 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
A track record of managing client portfolios or achieving sales outcomes in a property environment.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving sector.
