We're looking for:

An individual who is interested in developing this role and who proactively looks for ways to develop and improve systems. To support the current levels of client service and business growth, an enthusiastic part-time (4 days) or full-time 5 days administrator is needed to perform the following duties in the office:

Telephonist duties with a professional telephone manner

Typing duties using Microsoft packages

Administrative support to Accountants, including liaising with the ATO and other external providers

Handling client queries

Collating client documents and sending for signing

Handling debt collection duties, including calling customers to collect outstanding payments

Administrative support to the SMSF Team

General Administration duties

To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounting Practice

Organisational skills to help with our continued growth and expansion

Client service skills – helping our people feel important and looked after is a core fundamental part of the role

Of interest but certainly not required: Xero and FYI Docs knowledge

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is essential
