With active operations across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane, they deliver projects spanning workplace, hospitality, education, and healthcare sectors.

They are now hiring for a Junior/Cadet Mandarin Speaking Contract Administrator to play a key part in the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage contracts and procurement across multiple projects

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and cost control

Oversee project cost tracking, budgeting, and progress claims

Coordinate compliance, QA, and design documentation

Attend site meetings and monitor construction progress

Ensure timely communication between internal and external project stakeholders

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in any construction sector (fit out, new build, remedial, civil, etc.)

Fluent in Mandarin (essential)

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or similar

Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Aconex, or Hammertech

Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen

Proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
