The Role

We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Contract Administrator to join our Bathurst-based team. This dual-role position offers exposure to both pre-contract estimating and post-contract administration, providing an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills and build long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders

Conduct quantity take-offs, review supplier/subcontractor pricing, and assess trade packages

Assist in budget preparation and track project financial performance

Prepare and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims

Liaise with project managers, directors, and site teams to ensure cost control and contract compliance

Maintain up-to-date cost databases and reporting records

About You

2–5 years’ experience in construction estimating and/or contract administration

Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field

Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Experience with estimating or project management software (e.g., Cubit, BuildSoft, Procore) is highly regarded
