About the role
MODCO is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join our team in Wollongong. This full-time role will see you working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to provide comprehensive contract administration support across all phases of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage contracts, subcontracts, POs and variations
Coordinate tenders, RFIs and project documentation
Support claims, payments, financial reporting and compliance
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and regulators
Build strong stakeholder relationships
Mentor and support junior staff
What we’re looking for
3–5 years’ experience in contract administration in construction
Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and project financials
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Procore and MS Office
Organised, detail-focused and proactive
