This role is 5 days onsite. There is not hybrid working option available.

The Role

In this customer service focused role, you will be assisting with working through a backlog of tickets, providing end user support to over 650 users and devices and assisting with project support.

You will also play a key role in setting up and managing mobile devices, maintaining their Windows environment, monitor backups systems, packaging desktop applications and administering Windows Server, AD and Group Policy.

Your Skills & Experience

• Completed a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years full time working experience.
• Strong experience working supporting Windows 111 and administering Windows Server.
• Strong experience managing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Previous experience supporting and administering Office 365.
• Mobile Device Management experience - AirWatch or Intune
• Previous experience packaging desktop applications with SCCM or Intune is desirable.
• Previous experience working on laptop/desktop/workstation deployments is desirable.
