Seasonal Chefs – 3-Month Contract
Join the culinary team at Hotel Sorrento for the busiest and most exciting season of the year!
We’re seeking experienced chefs for a 3-month contract (December – February) with the potential for ongoing casual work after the season.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment
Chef De Partie level experience
Ability to work across multiple outlets, from our main restaurant and Shi Hui Shi to the pool and rooftop kitchens.
Team players who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
