We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our onsite team, for a full-time gardener for Ephraim Island at Paradise Point on the Gold Coast!

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your days, working with the onsite team to ensure the gardens are maintained to the highest standard

ABOUT US

As the onsite management for a luxurious residential development located at the northern end of the Gold Coast, comprising 385 timeless residences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

If you have experience in mowing, edging, whipper snipping, trimming of trees, plants, and bushes, controlling weeds, raking, and blowing of leaves.

Maintain excellent presentation of common grounds, including watering.

Ensure all garden areas are kept neat, tidy, and free of rubbish.

Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety Legislation

Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to create an extraordinary working environment

Tools provided

38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Available to start end of August 2025

$32 to $34 per hour, this is based on experience

Based on site at Ephriam Island, Paradise Point, no travel to other sites

Confident in their skills as a gardener to trim plants correctly and identify weeds to remove

Confident to lead and direct a small team in the supervisor role
