Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing BYD dealership. In this role, you will be the key contact for our customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from first enquiry to after-sales support. You will manage customer information, follow up with clients, analyse feedback, and work closely with our sales and service teams to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer records and files.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups and surveys.

Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Support and guide sales and service teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Organise customer events, promotions, and communications (SMS, email, calls).

Assist with marketing activities, including advertising and promotional materials.

Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, prepare regular analysis and insights.

Coordinate reminders and outreach, such as vehicle inspections and birthday greetings.

Maintain showroom standards and contribute to a positive customer environment.

About You

Proven experience in customer service or customer relationship management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin a plus).

Confident phone manner and ability to handle customer concerns.

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Resilient under pressure, with a friendly and professional attitude.

Knowledge of sales and service processes in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
