About the role

Castle is searching for a Factory Manager who can run our high-output manufacturing hub without breaking stride. If you live for momentum and thrive under a flood of live site orders, read on.

What you'll be doing

Lead day to day factory operations - people, machines, and production flow - so every panel, bracket, and cassette hits site on time and on spec.

Key responsibilities

Prioritise and schedule dozens of same day orders streaming in from sites, keep the floor calm and production humming.

Oversea CNC operators, fabrication crews, and dispatch- managing headcount, uptime and quality.

Champion preventative maintenance and continuous workflow improvements.

Run QA checks on all cladding and facade systems before they leave the building.

Coordinate materials in and finished goods out, aligning with PMs and install crews.

Drive a zero-harm culture and enforce Castle's safety and compliance standards

About you

Proven background managing a fabrication or manufacturing team (facade or metalwork a bonus).

Minimum 5-8 years of manufacturing or fabrication management experience is required.

Track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple live orders dropping in throughout the day.

Calm under pressure, you bring structure to chaos.

Comfortable with Buildertrend (or similar) and keen on data-driven decision-making.

Laser-focused on quality, delivery, and doing it right the first time.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
