We are a small family business who is seeking the right person to join our operation servicing the agricultural & food sector's with both bulk liquids & palletized freight.

The person we are hoping may apply will be motivated to be apart of a great environment with an ambition to operate the business as if it was their own.

The role;

Reporting to the Managing Director

Staff Hiring / Driver training / Relief Driving

Manage daily operations

Be involved with purchasing & selling equipment

Assist with introducing PBS equipment

Be willing to do deliveries occasionally to understand the business & customer base

Be involved with business strategies & contract negotiations

Essentially, we are seeking someone to be invested in the future of a successful family business that will reward the right person based on their commitment.

Minimum requirements;

Must hold current HC / MC licence

Demonstrate previous driver training & staff hiring abilities

Previous transport management role of 2yrs
