Drive the internal audit program by coordinating activities, mentoring auditors, and conducting audits to support system maturity and readiness for ISO certification.

Coach leaders and team members to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, fostering internal capability and a strong safety culture.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure environmental compliance while influencing national EHS strategy, managing stakeholders across complex environments, and supporting site-wide health and wellness programs.

Provide regular safety reporting and risk analysis to senior management, supporting governance and compliance activities aligned with corporate decision-making.

Key Selection Criteria:

Proven track record of safety leadership in manufacturing, with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
