We’re looking for an experienced mechanic or technician with mechanical know-how to join our service team based out of Griffith NSW. If you’re ready to step out of the workshop and into a role that offers field work and autonomy, this is it.

What You’ll Do

Service and repair frost fans on customer sites

Plan and carry out service visits across the region

Liaise with customers and contractors directly

Maintain high safety standards at all times

Occasional travel is needed, including seasonal overnight and occasional weekend work

What You’ll Bring

Solid mechanical background – ideally working with diesel engines, ag machinery, or heavy equipment

Strong fault-finding and preventative maintenance skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in variable conditions

Confident using digital tools for reporting and scheduling

Good written and verbal communication and customer service skills

Desirable (but not essential)

MR truck license

Forklift license

EWP license
