Field Service Technician – Multiple Shifts Available

Locations:

Around Chipping Norton (Day Shift: 6am – 3pm, Mon–Fri)

Eastern Creek (Afternoon Shift: 3pm – 12am, Mon–Fri)

Eastern Creek (Night Shift: 8pm – 5am, Sun–Thu)

About the Role

We’re seeking qualified and reliable Field Service Technicians / Diesel Mechanics to join the TRUCK TECH team. You’ll be on the front line, servicing and repairing heavy vehicles at customer sites and ensuring they stay on the road. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you.

Duties

Perform scheduled servicing and breakdown repairs on heavy vehicles at customer sites

Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues efficiently and safely

Complete all required documentation and communicate effectively with the team and customers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Uphold TRUCK TECH’s commitment to safety and quality standards

Skills & Experience

Trade qualification: Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) - THIS IS ESSENTIAL!

Current driver’s licence (HR licence highly regarded)

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
