POSITION PURPOSE

CMP Oilseeds Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated oil crush mill in Yenda, NSW.

Our business is expanding and we are looking for committed and highly motivated people to join our team as Mechanical Technicians working in our Operations Department.

CMP Oilseeds Pty Ltd is looking for Mechanical Technicians [Operations Maintenance] . A Mechanical Technician is a key role that focuses on the implementation and initiation of work activities that are passed on from the Operations Manager, in-accordance with the maintenance and upgrade schedules of onsite plant & equipment. A Mechanical Technician will assemble, repair, and fit our production machines, check assembled and fabricated parts for accuracy, and will be required to cut, grind, and shape metal for upgrades and new installations, and work with high-pressure systems, including pneumatic-powered and hydraulic machines. A Mechanical Technician must be able to work with limited supervision and with a focus on safe production and the WHS policies and procedures.
