The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, embodying the values of elegance, refinement, and trust. You will build strong client relationships, offering tailored advice and sharing your knowledge of exquisite jewellery and timepieces to inspire loyalty and elevate every interaction. As a trusted ambassador, you will collaborate with the boutique team to maintain impeccable presentation standards and contribute to a high-performing and harmonious environment.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in luxury retail is essential, ideally within fine jewellery, timepieces, or high-end fashion.
  
  
• A passion for luxury, exceptional presentation, and a meticulous eye for detail.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build authentic client connections.
  
  
• Organisational agility with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, boutique environment.
  
  
• Proficiency in CRM systems will be highly regarded.
