As a Client Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to an elevated shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised and professional service to every client, ensuring loyalty and repeat business
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs across sales, UPT, and average transaction values
• Build and manage a strong client database, with a focus on VIP clienteling
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand standards
• Assist with daily operations including stock management, online orders, and loss prevention
• Uphold a positive, inclusive, and professional team environment

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally premium or luxury
• Strong communication skills with a genuine client-first approach
• Proven ability to achieve sales and service targets
