Client Service & Office Coordinator – Melbourne CBD
Prime Years Financial Advice is seeking a highly organised and compassionate Client Service & Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and the support hub for our advisers.
In this role, you’ll welcome and onboard clients, manage appointments and documents, assist with technology (Zoom, DocuSign, online forms), and provide empathetic guidance to Australians navigating retirement, Centrelink, and aged care.
You’ll also coordinate adviser calendars, oversee office administration, and keep workflows on track. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service or administration—financial services or aged care experience is highly regarded.
