We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused New Business Support professional to assist in onboarding new properties and clients.

The Position:

  • A full time position working 8:30 - 5:00, but may consider slightly reduced hours, over the five day working week.
  • Working from the office 75% of the time and 25% on the road visiting the properties
  • Managing the onboarding process from signed management to listing for lease
  • Ensure all new properties meet company and legislative standards before advertising
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, photography, and marketing for new listings
  • Liaise professionally with landlords to ensure smooth handovers
  • Complete compliance checklists and documentation accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date records using Property Tree, VaultRE, and Inspection Express
  • Conduct handovers to Property Managers
  • Promote company services and departments to new clients
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and attend training sessions

The Criteria:

  • Previous property management experience essential, but registration is not required. This role could suit someone returning to property management, an experienced PM looking to move away from portfolio management, or an excellent Assistant looking for a step up!
  • Must have amazing communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Professional presentation and confident phone manner
  • Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
