About the Position:
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our client’s growing team in East Perth. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you’ll manage a portfolio without the burden of leasing, inspections, or trust accounting. With cloud-based systems, admin support, and flexible work-from-home options, this role allows you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties

Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

Coordinating maintenance requests and lease renewals

Handling rental arrears and ensuring compliance with legislation

Providing exceptional customer service with a solutions-focused approach

Skills & Experience Required:

Current WA Property Management Registration

Valid WA Driver’s Licence

Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work proactively, flexibly, and independently

Passion for customer service and continuous improvement
