📍 Sydney – Permanent, Full Time
💰 Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 base + super
We are seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join a growing IT team. This is a business-facing IT support role where you’ll provide hands-on technical support, deliver VIP & executive assistance, and ensure the operational effectiveness of workplace technologies.
🕐 No after-hours support – this role is strictly business hours only.
- 5 days a week from the office (North Sydney OR Parramatta)
What you’ll be doing
Provide 2nd level desktop/laptop support across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Manage the hardware/software lifecycle (procurement, deployment, patching, decommissioning).
Deliver VIP & Executive support with a high-touch, customer-focused approach.
Support and maintain meeting room AV solutions (Teams, Zoom, Crestron, Polycom).
Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and MS Teams environments.
Maintain accurate asset management and IT documentation.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
2–4 years’ experience in Desktop / End User Support roles.
Strong skills in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Office applications, Active Directory.
Hands-on experience with MS Teams for Business and AV technologies.
Working knowledge of Office 365 Administration and patch management.
Customer-first mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
ITIL awareness (Incident, Problem, Change).
Desirable: scripting (PowerShell, VBScript), SOE deployment, MDM/MAM solutions, financial services industry background.
