ERP Project Analyst (Remote)
Level 6 - $102,693.21 per annum
Remote Role - WA Preferred | Fixed-Term, Full-Time Contract (ending 30 June 2026)
The Role
The Town of Port Hedland is seeking a skilled and detail-focused Project Analyst to join our ERP team on a Fixed-Term basis until 30 June 2026, supporting the delivery of enterprise system enhancements and driving Phase 2 Optimisation across the Town.
Reporting into the Manager ERP Project, you'll contribute to both implementation and optimisation activities, including:
- Supporting the deployment and stabilisation of new ERP functions to ensure smooth transition into business-as-usual.
- Working with stakeholders to deliver Phase 2 Optimisation modules (e.g. Grants, MySafety, Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Talent & Succession, Learning & Development, Inventory, EAM/SAM SaaS+, Corporate Performance Management).
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to processes, workflows, and reporting to maximise system capability and business outcomes.
- Partnering with business units to embed adoption practices, build user confidence, and ensure the Town realises the full value of its ERP investment.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Tertiary qualification or significant experience (5+ years) in a relevant discipline (e.g. Project Management, IT).
- Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience (experience with TechnologyOne is highly desirable)
- Ability to work remotely in Australia (WA preferred, but not essential)
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class driver's license
- Rights to work in Australia
