About the role

Reporting to the WA Team Lead, the Project Coordinator will manage planning and delivery of a specialist GP ADHD training program, liaise with key stakeholders, coordinate training, maintain documentation, and support communication efforts.

As our Project Coordinator, you'll also:

  • Coordinate and deliver all operational components of the ADHD training program
  • Manage project plans, timelines, documentation, and risk tracking
  • Liaise with stakeholders and support communications
  • Coordinate ADHD symposium event in early 2026
  • Monitor progress, report on KPIs, and support continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Strong project coordination and planning experience
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in health or education settings preferred
