The Opportunity

Maven Partners are looking for a US Global Mobility Manager to join a boutique advisory firm specialising in this sector. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with deep knowledge of US cross-border tax, compliance, and advisory matters to work with an international client base and contribute to complex, high-profile engagements.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will play a critical role in leading client engagements, managing compliance processes, and advising on cross-border transactions. You’ll work closely with Partners and Directors, providing expertise across:

· US Tax compliance for multinational clients and high-net-worth individuals.

· Cross-border structuring and transactions, including inbound/outbound planning.

· Advisory projects, covering international tax issues, reporting obligations, and risk management.

· Mentoring junior members of the team

Requirements

· 5+ years’ experience in US Tax, ideally with exposure to cross-border issues.

· Strong knowledge of US federal tax compliance and reporting requirements.

· Experience with international/cross-border structuring and advisory.

· A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results.

· Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or CTA
