Our client is an ASX-listed company within the construction sector based in Sydney's western suburbs. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of Group Technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and system integration requirements. Responsible for delivering projects which deliver process improvements, optimising systems, and achieving operational efficiencies across the organisation.

This role is responsible for managing project timelines, resource management, risk mitigation, budgets and managing cross-functional teams using Agile or hybrid methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders including senior business leaders, Sales, Finance, IT, operations and vendors to ensure successful deployment of projects. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience in system implementations, and a track record of delivering technology-enabled projects that drive measurable business value.

Skills/abilities:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across executive, technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in Salesforce–ERP integrations (e.g., Oracle, JDE, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong exposure to data quality/governance, datawarehousing delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing software development and business transformation projects
• Proficient in project tools such as Jira, MS Project, etc
• High level of organizational and time management skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and outcome-focused mindset

The salary for this role is $200,000 including superannuation and is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract. Only candidates who match the above will be contacted.
