Eastland Construction NSW Pty Ltd is a Sydney based local private construction company. Currently we have a new project in Epping with construction on foot. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Site Manager with at least 10 years of class 2 residential building work experience. The person who is qualified and interested in joining us will work in Epping construction site.

Duties & responsibilities:

Oversee on-site operations from inception to completion, develop and execute construction plans, update construction schedules and control variations.

Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensure compliance with Australian safety regulations.

Maintain effective communication and collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractor, designers and authorities.

Ensure on-time project delivery and mitigate delays.

Provide monthly project and site updates and reports on project progress and performance.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the project’s success.

Experience & attributes

Proven experience as a Site Manager on class 2 construction projects, experience with at least 10 years as a Site Supervisor or Manager working in Australia's construction industry.

Knowledge of materials, methods, and certifications to operate site equipment and tools.

Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Class 2 building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to manage site workers and adhere to project deadline.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
