About the role
Wildfire Day Spa, a leading provider of luxury spa experiences, is seeking an exceptional and experienced Assistant Spa Manager to join their team in Kooindah Waters Wyong, NSW.

This full-time, maternity leave role (with a view to extend) will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service within our premium spa environment.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Spa Owner in leading and motivating the spa team to deliver an unparalleled customer experience

Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated and prepared to uphold the spa’s standards of excellence

Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as necessary

Oversee the scheduling and allocation of spa therapists, ensuring seamless spa operations

Maintain inventory controls, product ordering, and cost management to optimise spa profitability

Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and feedback to address any concerns promptly

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive spa visitation and revenue

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations

Provide exemplary customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Wildfire Day Spa

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness management or leadership role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and financial reporting

Knowledge of the latest spa industry trends, treatments, and products

Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to exceptional customer service
