About the Role

As a Assistant Manager - Head Beauty Therapist Sydney CBD Full time, we are looking for someone who has field experience, some one who is warm, friendly, confident and presents well. As part of your role, you will be the front of house, the first point of contact for greeting clients as they arrive.

Having a welcoming persona and phone manner is essential you will be looking after a team of therapist along with the operations manager, and assisting her in her role, Your ability to build rapport and recommend tailored services will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Able to Assist in training high-end facial treatments, including:

Hydrafacial, HIFU, Oxygen Therapy

UltraFormer, Peels, Neogen, Laser Rejuvenation

RF treatments, LED therapy, Microdermabrasion

Skin analysis & personalized treatment plans

Deliver an exceptional client experience in a luxury setting

Educate clients on skincare routines & recommend products/services

Support clinic growth by fostering strong client relationships

Maintain a clean, professional, and hygienic workspace

About You

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager/Dermal Therapist who thrives in a high-end Medi spa environment.

Essential Requirements

✔️ Language Skills: English, both oral and written
✔️ Qualifications: Certificate IV (or higher) in Beauty Therapy
✔️ Experience: Minimum 2 year in a similar role
✔️ Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with:

Skin treatments (HIFU, Hydrafacial, LASER, RF, LED, Oxygen Therapy, etc.)

Facial & shoulder massage techniques

Skin analysis & consultation
