We’re looking for a few experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join us in this exciting new chapter across a few of our different venues. This is a rare opportunity to help set up and manage a brand-new venue and assist in building a team from the ground up, and be involved in every aspect of our operations.

Job Description:

As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key player in bringing our vision to life. From the ground up, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the business and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the venue. You’ll work closely with ownership and the leadership team, ensuring our restaurant delivers outstanding service, high-quality food, and an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Assist in organising operational processes and setting service standards.

Assist in hiring and training a passionate and skilled team to deliver exceptional service.

Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.

Assist in developing and implementing systems for managing front-of-house operations.

Assist in managing inventory, ordering and cost control to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Foster excellent guest relationships by ensuring outstanding dining experiences and promptly addressing customer feedback.

Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Ensure a positive and motivating work culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexible availability.

The desire to learn and grow in a role and with our group.
