We are a busy, growing dermatology practice, looking for enthusiastic receptionists and clinical assistants to join our team.

Candidates will be considered for full time or casual positions, depending on role and availability.

Receptionist role:

- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism

- Manage appointments and schedules

- Keep the front desk running smoothly

- Opportunity to buddy with individual doctors to work within a consistent team

Clinical assistant role:

- Work closely with our doctor(s) during and after the consultation

- Ensure patients receive a caring experience from arrival to departure

- Assist doctors with documentation and procedures

- Wound care

- Patient inquiries and follow up

- Opportunity to buddy with individual doctors to work within a consistent team
