The Role

As an Early Childhood Educator at Goanna Patch, you will:

Collaborate with a passionate team to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate learning programs.

Contribute to documentation and goal setting for children's learning outcomes.

Support the development of sustainable practices within the centre.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Qualified with Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ready to start your career through a traineeship

A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and learning in a natural, play-based setting.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
