Who We’re Looking For:
Lead Educators – Diploma-qualified or actively studying towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. You’ll lead a team, inspire young minds, and deliver high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF.
Trainee Educators – Eager to learn, love working with children, and ready to earn while studying your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
All Roles Require:
- Current QLD Blue Card
- Sense of humour, energy, and a passion for children’s learning
- Commitment to promoting healthy, fun, and engaging environments
What You’ll Do Every Day:
- Lead and mentor your team or learn on the job as a Trainee
- Deliver joyful, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, inspiring, and fun environment
- Participate in programs like Bush Kindy, Farm Kindy, and music activities
About The Woods EEC Our Ashgrove centre is Exceeding in all 7 NQF areas, caring for up to 90 children aged 0–5. Sustainability, creativity, and hands-on learning are at the heart of everything we do.
