The Opportunity:

We are looking for a rare gem who brings a smile, a sense of humour, and a strong passion for Inclusion in Early Education. As our service grows, so do the needs of our children and families; Certificate III educators or those actively working towards the completion of their Certificate are encouraged to apply for the available positions listed below.

Certificate III- 37.5 hours per week working across all of the age groups!

Inclusion support roles x 2 - 1 x 20 hours and 1 x 30 hours per week. 3-5 year olds.

The Job:

The successful candidates will be working alongside a team of experienced educators, led by an ECT qualified Nominated Supervisor. You will be part of a team that is responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. You are expected to be an active participant of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.

Your duties will include but not be limited to –

Developing strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues, children, parents and families.

using relationship-building skills to foster successful inclusion for children and families within the service.

Implementing and upholding the policies and associated procedures and practices of the organisation.

Working in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and applicable regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care.

The Criteria:

Hold a current Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) approved Certificate III level (or working towards) early childhood education and care qualification. Trainee opportunities also available.

Hold a current First Aid Certificate - Child Care approved (HLTAID012 or HLTAID004), including current CPR certificate.

Cleared New South Wales Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)

Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework

This position is identified as a Child Safe work-related position. All successful applicants will be subject to verified WWCC and must demonstrate a commitment to uphold our Child Safe Standards.

Provide two recent work-based references.

Australian Citizenship or Visa Eligibility, if required.
